Terms & Conditions.

Last updated:

These terms cover your use of this website and the services I provide: website design and development, WordPress and e-commerce work, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads and automation. If you and I sign a written proposal, the proposal takes priority wherever it says something different.

1. About these terms

“I”, “me” and “my” mean Sourabh Kumar Pandit, a freelancer working from Delhi and Patna, India. “You” means the person or business using this website or hiring me. By using this website or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

2. Using this website

You may read, share and link to the content on this website. You may not copy large parts of it, republish it as your own, or use the site for anything unlawful or harmful. The text, design and graphics on this site belong to me unless stated otherwise.

3. Quotes and proposals

Every project starts with a written quote or proposal listing the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope, such as extra pages, features or campaigns, is quoted separately before I start it.

4. Payments

  • Website and store projects: 50% advance to begin and the balance before launch or handover, unless the proposal sets different milestones.
  • Monthly services (SEO, ads management, maintenance): billed in advance each month.
  • GST is added where applicable. Payment is by bank transfer, UPI or another method shown on the invoice.
  • If a payment is more than 7 days late, I may pause the work until it is cleared.

5. What I need from you

Projects stay on time when content, feedback and access arrive on time. You agree to provide text, images, logos, logins and approvals when asked, and to confirm that you have the right to use everything you send me. Delays in these will move the timeline.

6. Timelines and revisions

Timelines in a quote are estimates based on the agreed scope and prompt feedback. Each design stage includes the revision rounds stated in the proposal, usually two. Further rounds or changes after approval are billed at the agreed rate.

7. Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website design, content and files I created for you. Themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and other third-party items remain under their own licences. Your domain, hosting, ad accounts, analytics and social profiles should always be in your name. I may show the finished work in my portfolio unless we have agreed in writing that it is confidential.

8. Third-party platforms and costs

Hosting, domains, premium plugins, apps, payment gateway fees and ad spend are paid by you directly to the providers, separately from my fees. Google, Meta, Shopify, WordPress and other platforms set their own rules and can change features, prices or policies at any time, which is outside my control.

9. No guaranteed results

I work to industry standards and report honestly, but search rankings, traffic, leads, sales and return on ad spend depend on many things I do not control, including competition, platform algorithms, your product and your budget. I do not guarantee specific rankings or results. See the Disclaimer for more.

10. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a project in writing at any time. The advance covers planning and work already started and is not refundable once work begins. If you cancel later, you pay for the work completed up to that date and receive those files. Monthly services can be stopped with 15 days’ written notice; the current month is not refunded. If I cannot complete a project for reasons on my side, I will refund the share of fees for work not delivered.

11. Confidentiality

I keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only for your project. I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement. How personal data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me for the specific service the claim relates to. Keep your own backups of your website and data; I take backups during projects but cannot guarantee them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if it cannot be settled, it will be subject to the courts of Delhi.

14. Changes and contact

I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Projects already under way follow the terms agreed when they started. Questions about these terms:
